Inside Sales
Sales Agent, LLC works with a client by adding telesales resources to help your team sell. Our inside sales team works with our client’s existing sales force to help drive meetings, recruit and build channel partner relationships as well as help to drive end user customer demand. This begins with a complete understanding of the client’s products and services. The Sales Agent, LLC inside sales team will then represent the client on phone calls and web conference meetings nationwide or in specific regions of the U.S. Inside sales personnel are responsible for representing the client in initial talks with customers, vendor partners, as well as new and existing channel partners. It is our goal to meet or exceed our client’s pre-negotiated quota objectives and all opportunities and account activity are updated in SalesForce.com for access via the Internet.

Business Development
Sales Agent, LLC will work with a client in a pure business development capacity to help drive relationships within large technology vendor partners like Microsoft and Citrix. Business Development Managers will work with the client to define market potential, set up high level meetings with enterprise customers and meetings with senior executives at potential OEMs and/or strategic 3rd party vendors. A business development manager will also work with the existing sales force of the customer to work on a specific metro market or region and help drive revenue. The goals and objectives of the business development manager are flexible based on the client’s needs and are sometimes critical to developing a new market in order to then build a successful inside sales or channel sales strategy. Clients working with a business development manager also receive updates in SalesForce.com and have access to the Sales Agent, LLC customer and channel partner database.

Government Sales
Through our knowledge of the government procurement process and in managing the GSA Schedule process, Sales Agent, LLC is able to provide information technology manufacturers with a contract outsourcing solution that meets their current needs. By outsourcing to Sales Agent, LLC manufacturers are able to more effectively deal with the complex issues that arise when selling to the government.
